We’ve bolstered our heavy-duty PowerSteered Range of electric tugs with six new models and a suite of new control options…

Our first PowerSteered model, the PS3000+, was launched in 2018, bringing our first remote-controlled electric tug to market. This was later followed by the PS800+ LH and the world’s most powerful electric tug solution, the PS7000+, capable of moving loads of 70,000kg and beyond.

Since then, our engineers have been hard at work crafting a new range of models designed to expand the weight capacity and functionality of the range.

Now, we’re excited to launch our expanded PowerSteered range with the PS800+, PS1000+, PS1200+, PS1500+, PS2000+, and PS2500+, providing customers with an unmatched selection of options.

Innovative Power Steering for Fingertip Control

Available as pedestrian-operated machines, fully remote-controlled, or a combination of both, the new models feature intuitive power steering that makes the movement of heavy loads truly effortless. This technology significantly improves ergonomics and steering abilities, enhancing positioning even when moving the largest wheeled loads.

With the new machines, connecting to loads is now even easier with new operator assistance features, including coupling cameras, display screens and a one-touch locking mechanism for additional safety and security

TillerLink

Autonomous (AGV)

Our new PowerSteered models are available as Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). Choose between Line Follow navigation or advanced natural feature technology for fully automated material handling.
